A sterling silver and marcasite bow style ring from the 1950s. This attractive vintage size 6-1/2 ring is in the form of a bow or pleated napkin. This ring weighs 4.6 grams, it measures 3/4 x 9/16" across the design, and it is marked STERLING WEST GERMANY and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

A nice pair of mid-century 14K yellow gold cufflinks set with blue sapphire cabochons. The rectangular faces are engraved in a sunburst pattern, with one end rolled over. A round cabochon sapphire is set in to each end of the opening created by the rolled edge. The stones have fine slightly violet-blue color and good clarity. The backs have toggle closures. The cufflinks are not signed, but are almost certainly by either Larter or Krementz. Marked "14K".

Strong, unique & one of his most desirable creations this 970 sterling silver cuff was designed & signed in the 1950's by Taxco, Mexico artist Antonio Pineda (1919-2009). My second belt buckle for the day, this is a completely different piece from the Los Castillo example I already presented. Hand-wrought in sterling silver it is big, bold and absolutely beautiful. Inspired by the world that surrounds us, it is just one of those treasures that defy my photographic skills and I am afraid I failed to impart the silky sculpturality of its heart-shaped floral motifs...

A nice pair of 14K white gold modernist cufflinks, the Florentined surfaces star-set with round blue sapphires. The sapphires are accented with bright-cut engraving to add a little more sparkle to the matte finish of the gold. Marked 14K.

A signed Kramer of NY asymmetrical white rhinestone pin or brooch circa 1950s. This pin has a parallelogram shape and it has round and navette or marquise shaped white claw-set rhinestones. It has a safety clasp, it has the KRAMER OF NEW YORK planchet and it is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some very slight fogging and yellowing to some of the navettes...

Antonio Pineda sterling earrings with a very strong deco/modernist feel, c. 1950's. They have a curving linear design and are signed "ANTONIO TAXCO(in crown) 970 #17(bellmark)" and are in excellent condition. These screwback earrings measure 1 1/4" long...Insured shipping is $8 in USA.

Beautiful quality in this abstract brooch designed by Boucher. Tiny clear rhinestones and metal with very heavy gold plate surround the glass stone. 1 5/8" by 1 1/2" and very chunky. Boucher signature on the back.

An interesting pair of 18K yellow gold baton style cufflinks, the faces set with oval blue sapphires. The sapphires are bezel-set for a clean, classic look. The sapphires have a strong, dark blue color and do not show signs of heat treatment. The toggle backs are stamped with French 18K gold marks.

Decorated with curled thick silver wire within rectangular frames. The frames are connected with curved flat panels; the frames are decorated with small nicks to imitate tool marks. The back of each frame is marked sterling; two have the complete maker’s mark of a conjoined JM, for New York jewelry artisan Joseph Masaniello. The bracelet measures 8 inches long by 5/8 inch wide. This substantial, silver link bracelet is reminiscent of ornate Renaissance jewelry. It is sharply molded with flowers, leaves, vines and beading in openwork panels linked with bars. The largest center panel features a securely prong-set amethyst. The bracelet has a fold-over clasp in good working order. It is a nice quality piece, probably European .800 silver. Excellent vintage condition

Designed in the pre-Columbian style, this sterling silver bracelet is composed of curved openwork panels connected with small pins. It bears the mark of J.N. Jacopo, for the Jacopo brothers of Mexico City and Taxco; it also bears the eagle mark with the number 3. The bracelet has a nice, hefty feel and is of good quality. There is a minor area of metal stress at one link (see Photo #4)...

This stunning bracelet is composed of an applied cast floral layer on a plain, hinged bangle bracelet, with a secure tongue-and-groove clasp and security chain. The tongue bears French import marks that guarantee a silver content of at least .800, and probably dates anywhere from the 1930s to the 1950s. The bangle measures about ½ inch wide with an internal circumference of just under 7 inches. Gross weight: 28.4 grams

Graziella Laffi signed on both the necklace and bracelet. The enamel is in perfect condition as well as the silver. The length is 7 inches and the necklace has a wearable length of 16.5 inches. 1.25in. for the height for both the necklace and bracelet. When I see these there seems to be some that looks very much the same but there is always a change with a fish or bird in different places and size. For all Laffi collectors, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

This wonderful, little pin / brooch depicts a map of The Province. It reads NOVA SCOTIA in sterling silver, including the Nova Scotia Peninsula, (Nova Scotia, Canada), its bays and other bodies of water. The back has a C-catch and is marked STERLING with a maker's mark I cannot distinguish. Circa 1950's, it is in excellent condition. FREE US STANDARD S/H
