Taxco Mexican brooch or pin by Miguel Melendez. Pre-Columbian motif of a stylized bird’s head surrounded by a circle with azurite inlay. Fully marked, with maker’s mark (small m inside a C), eagle stamp and 3 = after 1948. Security clasp. Diameter "1½/ 3,8 cm. Condition: fine.

Signed with Arte En Plata Taller as well as an early eagle 3. The artist initials are also shown with AJ. There is a height of 1.25 inches. The beads are a lovely blue green Azurmalachite and has 19 inches of length. The diamond drops are heavy walled silver with a dark natural patina. We have an impressive presence at 190 grams. A hand engraved sterling silver bangle bracelet from the 1940s-50s with a diamond motif. This bracelet measures 2-1/2 x 2-5/16" across the interior, 8-3/8" in circumference and 3/4" wide. A particularly nice mid-century 14K yellow begging poodle pin, the eyes, nose and tongue set with bright cabochon rubies. The dog is completed with a white gold collar set with diamonds. The gold has a Florentine finish to represent the clipped areas of fur. The brightness of the rubies and the perky attitude sets this poodle pin apart. The clasp is marked "14K."

Striking sterling silver, moonstone & pearl bracelet designed and signed circa 1950's my Taxco, Mexico modernist designer Antonio Pineda(1919-09). Bracelet measures 1" wide with an interior wearable length of up to 7 inches. Weight 97grams, 3.4oz. The eight translucent moonstones are in perfect condition. The 8 lustrous pearls are also in perfect conditon. Silver is free of dings or dents. Slide in clasp and attached safety chain are tight and secure...

This sterling silver bar pin is cast as three poinsettias. It has a nice heft and is very well made. It is probably American, with a conjoined JR 43 mark on the back. The rollover clasp is in good working order. It measures 2 ¾ inches long by 1 1/8 inches wide. Weight: 13.3 grams

This 1950s necklace has a very clean and classic design, and is well constructed with secure, rope-like chain. The central part of the necklace evolves into a thicker but elegantly entwined chain and tapers off toward the ends. It has the original spring-ring clasp.
