A stunning vintage Mexican bracelet in sterling silver (or better) by Fred Davis in his classic Chevron design. Featured in "Mexican Silver", by Morrill and Berk on page 27.

Measures approximately 7" long and 1 1/8" wide. In very nice condition, has some minor scratches and a little tarnish. Marked with the conjoined FD of the maker and Silver Mexico.

Has a box clasp that snaps securely and a safety chain. Great detail on the clasp.

This traditional Miao Chinese Minority hair pin would have been worn by young woman for festival. The butterfly motif is in reference to the Miao creation myth. The hair pin is 5 inches long.

Alovely Brooch by the famous Taxco Silver Artist Hector Aguilar features two stylized flower blossoms along with a curved leaf on curving stems. Crafted in Aguilars favored 940 silver which give the silver a lovely rich patina. It measures 3" wide by 3 1/2" long and weigh 18.6 grams. Hallmarked Taxco, HA, 940. Light age related wear and tarnish a secure pin clasp. A lovely piece.

This is a 14K Gold Golf Bag Charm from a Maryland Estate. This Golf Bag measures 3/8" X 15/16" and features two irons and two woods visible from the top. Marked 14K/ RL on one side at the bottom. Circa third quarter of the 20th Century in Excellent Condition

Early hand-made sterling and jade ring by Sam Kramer, NYC, c.1948. The front measures 3/4" by 1/2" by 1/8" thick and the band is 5/16" wide. Made of heavy gauge silver with a small jade cabochon is is size 6 1/4 or 6 3/4 depending on which end is worn up. Pictured in the book "Mexican Silver Masters" by Penny Morrill on page 40, plate I-55 is this lovely and unique bracelet by Hector Aguilar. Circa 1945-1950 it features a deep purple oval Amethyst cabochon stone on the clasp with fancy and ornate silver wire links. It measures 7 1/2" long by 3/4" at the widest and weighs 42.3 grams. The hallmark is blurred but the HA mono is clear, a partial mark reads "Ster" and the rest appears to be "Hecho en Mexico"...

Matching the impressive pendant necklace by the same maker that is also available in my store, the "warrior" bracelet presented here was wrought by maestro Anton in the "mozaico Azteca" style that the Los Castillo workshop revived in Taxco's "golden Deco" years. The profile of the warrior, carefully cut out of sterling silver sheet, and the eagle that accompanies it, is set in a sea of azur-malachite...

The repousse work is outstanding on this design 543 Los Castillo bracelet. It is 2 inches tall with a hook closure. The old linear hallmark and the design itself shows that this was the work of Margot Van Voorhies when married to Antonio Castillo. Together they formed the taller Los Castillo. The links are rounded to fit the arm perfectly and are 6.75 inches long. An outstanding bracelet to add to a collectors wardrobe. It will be noticed by all that gaze upon it.

This is a Pair of Beautifully Designed SWEATER CLIPS by BERNICE GOODSPEED. Designed to hold a Sweater the Chain holds the Clips 5 1/2" apart. Marked on the back: B with STERLING clearly legible. Each measures 7/8" X 1 1/4". Date these circa 1950 and in Excellent Condition.

A massive silver ring by Antonio Belgiorno, Buenos Aires, c 1940-50. The geometric design and the use of oxidizing is typical of Belgiorno, who is one of Argentina’s most well known artists in silver. A solid piece of jewelry that really makes a statement. Marked A Belgiorno, Industria Argentina T27 and 900. Open and adjustable, the inner diameter at present 18 mm which corresponds to size 6 ½. Condition: fine.

This Mexican silver necklace weighs 65 grams and is 16in. long with each tulip being 1 1/8th inches tall. It is double signed as shown with TSL. Each tulip has hand made partitions that form the flower. Next the Maestro makes a tiny bead ball and centers it as the stamen to the bottom of the hanging flower. This was an intricate number of steps to build each flower alone and not to mention the swirl of the stem that attaches to the necklace...
