Stunning Los Castillo "doorknocker" dangle earrings, these beauties are breath-taking and beguilingly curvaceous. I love this design and it has been a long time since I had a similar set. Sensual curves, sculptural teardrops, discrete little scrolls and confident, masterful repoussage - there is nothing about the pair that was not paid attention to. Even the concave round elements that hide the screw-back at the earrings' top have been enhanced with oxidation...

A nice pair of mid-century Mexican sterling silver cufflinks, the triangular faces set with amethysts carved to depict an ancient Aztec mask. The style of carving suggests either Abraham Paz or Fred Davis as the likely maker. The backs are marked "Plata Sterling 925".

Origin: Mexico, ca. 1950. Condition: excellent, all original. Dimensions: faces, 11/16" x 11/16". Weight: 8.1 gr.

Rare and beautiful muff chain from the Art Nouveau period. Made with 18K yellow gold links in a stunning nouveau design, interspersed with faceted garnet beads, 31 links, 30 garnet beads, total. Links are 7mm wide, garnet beads are 7-8mm in diameter. Total length is 54 inches, total weight is 54.2 grams. Estimated weight of the gold links is 34 grams, estimated weight of the garnet beads is 20.2 grams. Excellent condition.

Very nice Baltic amber butterscotch necklace. Some pieces almost look egg yolk in color. In excellent condition, it measures 27 inches. Circa 1960-70

Look at this Czech art glass! Very vintage collectible vaseline color stamped CZECHOSLOVAKIA rhodium on brass filigree set odd cut multi cane flower art glass in stone held by 4 claw prongs,
1 3/4" Pendant.
Acquired on a newer marked 835 and other letters numbers Czech(?) 23 1/2" chain that because it is unpolished, blends well with the rhodium on warm brass...

This is a 3" figural dancer brooch with very intricate enameling. It is hallmarked "sterling" and " made in Siam". Great attention to detail. It is circa 1930-1980.

Most of these designs represent mythological character from the Tale of Ramayama.The enameling and the gilding are in excellent condition.

A very uniquely shaped broach/pendant is this 14Kt white gold filigree shell cameo from the 1920-s depicting the silhouette of a young lady. Art nouveau elements are incorporated in the designs of the cameo carving as well as the shape of the broach resembling a flower basket. The 1 7/8” wide and 1 3/8” high broach has a fold down bail that makes it wearable as a pendant.

A Victorian Aesthetic sterling & 2 colour gold brooch. This fine quality Victorian period round engraved sterling brooch has applied engraved leaves in pink and green gold and it dates to the 1875-85 era. This 1-3/8" elegant Aesthetic design pin is unsigned but tests as sterling, and it features balls around the perimeter, a ridged border and central hand engraving. The textured and engraved leaves in gold are applied sections of sheet gold, and this pin closes with a c-clasp...

A 10k cultured black Alaskan diamond hematite black pearls ring circa 1960. This vintage twin pearl ring from the 1960s has one cultured and one black Alaskan diamond hematite pearl in a 10k yellow gold setting. This size 7-1/2 ring features a 5 mm. cultured pearl with silver cream lustre set next to a similar sized black "pearl". This fine ring is stamped MIL 10K, it weighs 3.2 grams and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

This 14Kt white gold filigree and diamond ring is centered by a fine clean 0.40Ct brilliant cut diamond that is set in a rectangular design. The setting is further enhanced by 38 single-cut diamonds, which brings the approximate total diamond weight to 0.60Ct. The ring is a size 7 but can easily be sized.

An amazing silver repousse necklace with a central moth pendant and turquoise oval cabochon by Matilde Eugenia Poulat. Signed MATL in block letters and 0.900 for the silver content. Measures 17 1/2" long and 2 1/2" at the widest. Spring clasp holds securely. Beautifully intricate work. This is the earliest mark for her Taller, (1934-40). Wonderful condition!

These Coro enamel parakeets on floral branches duette is rhodium plated base metal, with rhinestones, and enameling.

Hallmarked duette frame is pat no 1798867.

A great, 950 sterling silver cuff bracelet by Haroldo Burle Marx with a large bezel set 'Forma Livre' opaque black carved stone.

Marked 950 and BURLE MARX on the inside. Measures 6 3/4" around with an opening of 1 1/4". Measures 1" at the widest. Weighs 104 gr.

Fine condition. There are some minor surface scratches to the finish. There is a slight separation at the underside of the bezel but the stone is stable.

Large by Western standards, this is actually the "childs" size version of this foo dog necklace worn by the Chinese Miao minority 70-90 years ago. Made of low grade silver, typical of Chinese jewelry of the time period, the intricate pendant is 5.5 inches across, 6.5 inches long and suspended from a long hand-made chain. The heads of the foo dogs are in a pin which allows them to turn freely and the central "flower" is also suspended on a wire which allows it to spin...
