This is a very early work from Sigi Pineda, and dates to the early 1950's when he first opened his own shop. The shop was named "Plateros", later renamed "Sigi".

It's an amazing piece, with three huge red coral branches in a modernist setting which is sterling silver with 14k gold plated over it. The gold is perfect and even throughout, both front and back. The coral measures from 2 1/4" to 2 1/16"...

This is one of our very favorite lavaliers! It is quintessential Art Nouveau. It depicts a flower with an amethyst at its center, with the classic whiplash motif. The central amethyst weighs approximately 1/2 carat, and it’s accented by 28 seed pearls. Feng Shui practitioners believe amethysts aid in purification, and give access to a higher plane of energy. It tests as 14k, and the gold is that lovely subtle old gold color. It weighs 3.3g and measures 1” x 1” at the widest points...

A vintage modernist sterling silver textured pendant with a contrasting polished surface by the well known Danish silversmith Jane Wiberg.

A 19thC Scottish banded onyx sterling silver pin brooch 1850-80. This 2-7/8 x 7/8" lozenge-shaped pin has the original c-clasp; the silver border is unmarked but tests as silver (the pin itself is silver plated). This item is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than a small loss to the hand-mounted bezel and a tiny flake on the edge of the onyx (see images)...

All of the 36 wonderfully matched square cut diamonds are channel set in an 18Kt white gold 2 millimeter wide eternity band. The size of the band is 5 ¾ and the approximate total weight of all the diamonds is 0.75Ct.

A vintage c1910 top-hinged photo locket fob pendant in 14k yellow gold with an inset genuine antique European cut 12 point (by gauge) diamond. The back has an inscription stating: "PRESENTED TO T.A. EATON BY MEMBERS OF PASSENGER DEPT G.T.R. MARCH 1910", and it has a 14K gold mark. The famous Timothy Eaton family of Toronto were involved with the Grand Trunk Railroad at this time - it is most likely that T.A. Eaton was Thomas Alden Eaton, son of James Eaton and nephew of Timothy Eaton...

A Victorian 14k black and white sardonyx cameo ring circa 1870s. This antique size 3-1/2 or 3.5 hand carved stone features a portrait cameo of a woman. Here is a mid-20th century handmade ring of two types of wood mounted in a sterling silver frame. The wood is carved into small squares. The rectangular top is soldered to a sterling band and rises about 1/2 inch from the finger. The ring is unmarked, but tests for sterling. The top of the ring measures 3/4 inch long by 5/8 inch wide. The ring is sized to a 7.

An unusual 18K gold Etruscan-style Italian charm/pendant featuring four citrines on the sides, a large sugarloaf cabochon carnelian at the bottom, and an fluted chalcedony bead at the top. One rarely sees work produced by La Joya. La Joya designs are unique and original, the craftsmanship superb. This necklace dates to pre-1948.
