Modernist sterling pin with unique curved linear markings inset in the silver(see photos #2 & 3), by Rissa, c.1960's. A striking 14K yellow gold ring, the medallion depicting a yachting scene in engine-turned engraving of extraordinary quality. The scene depicts a yacht in the foreground with a more distant boat in the background. The design is completed with waves, seagulls and a lighthouse atop a rocky cliff. Originally an Edwardian blazer button, our jeweler added a 14K gold shank to make a wonderful seafaring ring. The back is stamped "14K" and has an unidetified American maker's mark.

This bracelet is a signed Hector Aguilar X chased jewel. The height is .75in. tall and there are 4 bezel set amethyst stones. There is a 2.5in. diameter and it fits more like a bangle but it is hinged. The silver is thick at 60 grams heavy. The amethyst ranges in colors and swirls of colors. This is a published design in Silver Masters by Penny Morrill. This is a very rare bracelet you never see and is a perfect buy for collectors.

Composed of four rectangular textured panels that are curved to fit comfortably around the wrist. This bracelet features an oxidized, textured surface with an unfinished look often associated with hand-crafted jewelry and at times, brutalist design. The pins holding the panels together are slightly bent, but are secure and contribute to its handmade look. The fold-over clasp is secure, and there is a safety chain, probably added later...

An unusual modernist sterling silver ring with coiled silver wires by the firm Jens Peter Clausen Guðjónsson of Iceland. Signed JENS 925S, Hand Made and Iceland. Measures about a size 7. The top sits 5/8" high and measures about 1 1/4" across. Has a brutalist, asymmetrical feel. There is a small fracture on the bottom that looks original. This design really stands out! Great example of Scandinavian modernist design.

A handsome pair of double-sided cufflinks, the faces set with with oval brilliant-cut amethysts set in simple 10K yellow gold collets. The amethysts have nicely saturated, even color that would look particularly good with a white or light blue cuff. The faces are fairly large, so they are connected with a removable s-link for ease in putting them through a buttonhole. Tested and guaranteed 10K.

The Arts and Crafts is one of my favorite periods in jewelry design - emphasis on motifs from nature, design that focuses on craftsmanship while allowing the viewer to follow the artisan's hand, "honest" materials without necessarily seeking out the most expensive metals and gemstones, it was a real break with the fussy excesses of Victorian aesthetics. Unusual sterling ring featuring a gemstone quality tiger-eye, which shows incredible fire and graining. The impressive setting holds the large stone, which measures 1 6/8" x 1", high above the finger. Signed "Pinegem Sterling." Approximately size 7. Very good vintage condition with a few minor scuffs to the stone which are only noticeable upon close inspection.

Angles and geometric forms sum up this very fashionable 14Kt two tone gold and diamond ring. The hexagonal setting holds an approximately 0.20Ct old-mine diamond. The 14Kt yellow gold setting is decorated by engraved designs and topped by a white gold hexagon that holds the diamond. The ring is a size 7 3/4 and it can easily be sized.

A wonderful pair of Victorian earrings, each in the form of two entwined snakes. One snake has a oval ruby set in the top of its head and old mine cut diamond eyes, while the other has an old mine cut diamond head and cabochon ruby eyes. The gold surfaces are realistically engraved with scales. The rubies do not show indication of heat treatment and have bright pure red coloring. The diamonds are SI1 clarity and J/K color...

Moonstone cabochons are bezel-mounted within oval onyx panels sitting in silver linked frames. All stones are very secure; one moonstone has a crack down the center that isn’t highly visible but can be felt by running a fingernail over it.
