Constructed of a single strand of solid, chromium-plated white metal, this bangle bracelet is a marvel of modern design and could date as early as the 1930s. The flexible metal allows each end to be folded over the other three rings, secured by balls at each end, and enables the bracelet to expand or contract as the wearer desires. There is some surface wear that is hard to see when the bracelet is worn. It is designed for a very comfortable fit...

We are offering a lovely Martinez parure of necklace, bracelet and earrings. The stones are poured glass and all are clean with no dark mottle. The links are hand chased and with beaded repousse that is hand applied...

Substantial and quite unusual in its design this modernist Mexican silver bracelet is an Enrique Ledesma creation and it is adorned with two faceted color-change sapphires. The bracelet’s shape reminds me of ancient torques yet here the two ends bypass each other in a tight, determined embrace. I love the way the sterling tube grows in diameter as it progresses to the bracelet’s front where it is abruptly cut at an angle to accept the gemstone in a crown setting...

A stunning pair of late Art Nouveau 14K yellow gold floral earrings, the petals enhanced with iridescent enamel and the centers set with clusters of blue sapphires. The quality of the enamel, shading from a medium blue to a pale greenish-yellow is superb. The gold surfaces underneath the enamel are delicately engraved to represent the veining and surface textures of real flower petals. The use of iridescent enamels and the quality of workmanship suggests one of the better Newark workshops as ...
