A very fine Chinese Gilt hairpin from late Qing, very intricate and fine work with flora and bird, underlying material is silver then gilding done in those era.

A fine modernist pendant designed as an 18K yellow gold frame enclosing a square plaque of smoky quartz with beveled edges. The front side of the gold frame has two geometric insets, a large square that occupies a fourth of the surface and a small quarter-circle at the opposite corner. A stunning pair of vintage 18K yellow gold and platinum earclips set with diamonds by Cartier. The clips are worked in heavily textured gold that resembles a flame motif that ascends the earlobe when being worn. The recessed parts of the texture are unpolished, creating a strong contrast with the remaining highly-polished surfaces. Circa 1944-1948, this Hubert Harmon pin is hand-wrought with exquisite repoussé silver work. It's a highly detailed piece, featuring a bird and fish in Harmon's signature whimsical style. The fish has an amethyst eye. Measures 3 1/2" x 2 7/8". Weight is 21.5 grams. Signed and hallmarked "Hand Made Sterling Hubert Harmon Made in Mexico", along with his winged feet. Collector quality.

A handsome griffin with back-stretched wings, a lion’s head and a curling serpent’s tail grasps an old mine cut diamond in this 19th century French brooch and necklace slide. Interestingly, the creature’s tongue is licking the diamond. The eye is set with a small faceted ruby. The back retains the original pin stem and a hinged clasp so the griffin can be attached to a chain. The hinged clasp is marked “Déposé” meaning the griffin was a patented design. The "WAVY BOW" pin is one of the rarest and LARGEST sterling pins by the famous designer William Spratling, Mexico, c.1940. This glorious HANDMADE` piece of art measures 6 1/2" by 2 7/8" and is signed "SPRATLING SILVER(in oval) WS(in circle-around which says) SPRATLING MADE IN MEXICO". This silver pin is unmarked but exhibits sophisticated metalwork. It is composed of a single piece of silver that has been hand-formed and folded to portray a tail and stylized fins or, possibly stripes or seaweed. There is some oxidation on the surface of the body, under the fins, most likely from heating the silver to make it more pliable. A chrysoprase cabochon in a bezel mount represents the eye. This great bracelet measures 7" long. It features 13 sterling and enamel charms that connotes travel throughout the United States and Canada. Each charm is marked with a sterling mark, as well as a maker's hallmark a sterling mark, as well as a maker's mark, as does the bracelet itself. It has good heft (just over 1 ounce), and is excellent condition.

A 10k white gold pearl, sapphires and diamonds ring from the 1960s. This size 5-3/4 ring features a central 6 mm. cultured pearl with creamy pink lustre and it is surrounded by 2.5 point blue sapphires and this ring has five single point diamonds adding some flash. The sapphires are tested and well matched however we can't confirm whether they have been treated or not. The attractive setting measures 5/8 x 1/2", this ring weighs 3.2 grams and it has remnants of a mark (it tests as 10k)...

English Egyptian-Revival 18K gold brooch with scarab, ca 1870. Winged sun with fluted and stepped form. An unusual and handsome 14K yellow gold tie bar designed as a Gothic-style strap hinge by Larter & Sons. When not being used to hold a tie in place, the piece could also be used as a money clip. The design is nicely detailed with beveled edges and raised bolts. The back is stamped with Larter's hallmark. Circa 1770 Silver seal fob. It is hand engraved with an H monogram. It is beautifully done and well decorated on the top. It would be the perfect thing to hang from an old watch chain. It is unmarked and in excellent condition. The seal portion is oval measuring approximately 7/8" long and 3/4" wide. The fob is 1.25" tall. The overall weight is 12.6 grams.
