Hand-wrought in its entirety and a design that I have never encountered before, this early Mexican silver repousse necklace is an anonymous beauty. Its early date is attested to by the fact that it's strung on cotton thread (one of the earliest Aguilar "lyre" necklaces I sold was strung on cotton as well) and has a spring ring clasp. Not signed for maker nor metal content or origin, it is adorned by an elongated cascabela attached to the central station in an adorable yet naive way...

Superb and very rare pair of French Art Deco platinum double-sided cufflinks, the faces fashioned from rock crystal and set with diamonds. The rock crystal is carved into a faceted open-centered square design with canted corners, the opposite sides bisected by platinum bands set with baguette diamonds. The diamonds are of exceptionally good quality with E color and VVS2 to IF clarity. The faces are joined by chain connectors with a spring ring to ease in putting them through a cuff...

A 10k white gold sapphire and diamonds ring. This size 7-1/4 or 7.25 ring probably dates to the 1980s or 1990s and it features a cushion cut dark blue genuine sapphire surrounded by 12 small diamonds which are the centre of small flowers. The sapphire is 1.1 carats (calculated) and the diamonds are single point. This ring weighs 3.6 grams, it is stamped 10Ct with a manufacture mark. It in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs...

Heavy brilliant green glass beaded necklace with silvertone hook and matching extender chain. The hook is marked MADE IN FRANCE. The beads are strung on fine metal wire. This cornflower necklace was made by W. A. P. Watson in Solihul, England using the trade name of Exquisite (Hallmarked) from about the late 1940s to the 1970s. It is 18" in length and the cornflower sections are 1" x 11/16". Clean and bright!

An unusual combination of classic Victorian insect jewelry and the patriotic color combination popular around the time of the Centennial celebrations of 1876. The insect’s folded wings are set with pairs of rubies,sapphires and diamonds. The thorax is represented with a single bezel-set diamond and the eyes are small rubies. Neither the rubies nor sapphires have evidence of heat treatment. Tested and guaranteed 14K.

Circa 1960s "op-art" sterling silver ring with a playful cubist shape. The flattened band holds a cube, the sides of which have cutout circles, the top being a square. The interior of the cube reveals a red/white/blue sphere. Unusual and impossible to ignore. Unmarked. Size 8.5. The cube on top measures 3/8" in diameter from all sides. Excellent vintage condition. This important and rare necklace by the famous Fred Davis is one of his most sought after styles and is featured in several books on fine Mexican Silver Jewelry. Chevron shaped links of solid silver are connected so it lays beautifully around your neck. It measures 16 1/2" long by 1" wide and weighs 97.1 grams. Hallmarked "FD, Silver Mexico". A clean, modernist design characterizes this ring, which is composed of a graduated rounded sterling band inset with an irregularly shaped piece of teak or rosewood. It mostly likely dates from the late 1960s to mid-1970s. There is an unidentified triangular mark on the outer band. The ring tests strongly for silver, and is probably European. It is sized a 6 1/4. This highly decorated bracelet features a strong repoussée design of flowers and scrolls, on backgrounds of white and black enamel. Inside is the mark for Norway silver, and the maker’s mark of Andresen & Scheinpflug of Oslo. The bracelet is secured by a rod that slides into a cylinder, attached to a chain. This Antique Victorian Scottish sterling saddle link bracelet is circa pre 1880. The stones have interesting color. The saddle links are very unusual. Excellent condition. No hallmarks. It is very close to 7" inside circumference and 5/8" wide.

This unsigned Hattie Carnegie "Elephant in the grass" brooch is spectacular. It has lots of attention to detail. This elephant is done with a black resin body, gold tone metal trunk and tusk, sparkling clear rhinestone marquises and crystals, green emerald grass stems. A Charming and rare pair of vintage Sterling Silver stylized Bird Earrings by the famous Taxco jewelry artist Hector Aguilar. They measure 1 1/3" wide by 3/4" tall and weigh 10.1 grams total.
