A very fine 18K yellow gold fancy link chain necklace featuring round and teardrop links interspersed with smaller navette-shaped links. Each of the handmade fancy links is further enhanced with elegant beaded decoration. Necklaces in this style were a quintessentially French design near the end of the 19th century and they look especially elegant when layered with other chains. The length is sufficient to be worn doubled. Stamped with French 18K marks.

A very rare 14K yellow gold and enamel pin in the form of an oyster shell complete with a small pearl. The enamel is beautifully worked in shades of greenish- and silvery-grey. The shell is depicted as slightly opened with pearl resting along the opened edge. The back of the pin is stamped with the 14K gold hallmark of Alberts & Son, Inc., one of the Newark jewelers.

A 14k yellow gold purple tourmaline wirework bar pin brooch from 1915-20. This attractive pre-Deco 2-5/16 x 5/16" pin features a square claw-set purple tourmaline stone. It has a latch style safety clasp, it weighs 2.7 grams and it tests as 14k gold (the mark is obscured). It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs...

A 10k yellow gold 3 emeralds and diamonds surround ring from the 1970s-80s. This size 8 ring features three well-matched oval cut emeralds surrounded by a row of 22 diamonds in a 5/8 x 3/8" setting. The end stones are 20 points each and the center stone is 46 points in size (calculated). This ring weighs 4.1 grams, it is stamped 10K with a maker's mark and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs...

A lovely Art Deco white gold and platinum filigree bracelet featuring three diamond-set frosted and engraved crystal plaques alternating with bezel-set pale blue spinels. The use of pale blue spinels the color of aquamarines is a very unusual treatment in a bracelet of this type, and the overall effect is very pretty. All the platinum surfaces are engraved in a delicate foliate motif. The clasp is stamped for 14K and platinum and has an unidentified maker’s mark.

This intricately engraved citrine ring dates to about 1900. It is beautifully made and is in very good condition. The stone is a lovely shade and quite clear. It has a few inclusions proving it is a natural stone. It is currently a size 7 and weighs 11.6 grams.

Our 14K articulated hinged snake bangle suggests the Greek rod of Asclepius with the serpent wrapped around a staff. The ends of the bracelet are capped with a ball finial which are further capped with a small gold ball. The bracelet tests 14K. There are no identifying marks. Interestingly the textured ball finials each have different scrolled raised pattern and a different gold color...

Tlingit or Haida 14k hand made whale or dolphin ring, Alaska, c.1970's. Typical design shows coiled sea animal and is size 8 1/2 but can be made slightly larger or smaller because it is not soldered. This elegant pin/pendant consists of an oval of onyx in a sterling frame. The bale tests as 14kt, the pin stem tests as 10k yellow gold In the center are inlaid gold stars, and along the periphery are inlaid flowers, most likely platinum. The frame is decorated with a silver twist, and a floral motif. It measures 1-15/16 x 1-5/8 inches, and weighs 25.9g. Circa 1880. There is some loss to a couple of the flowers, but it’s still a striking piece.

Very large and heavy gauge 950 silver with brass accents buckle, probably from Japan, c.1970's. It is signed "T 950" and measures 2 3/4" by 2 3/4" by 1/8" thick. Extremely heavy, it weighs 120 grams or 4 troy oz. Probably Japanese because the 950 silver content is used there. Hand hammered with brass applied corners, it really makes a major statement. This signed, handsome and distinguished pair is more than fine looking: a heavy rectangular face with polished, horizontal bars that alternate with dark grooves (I believe enamel, rather than oxidized). Simply stunning and very dimensional collar or bib necklace in colorless Lucite strung on monofilament. With a metal hook and extender chain of metal wired Lucite beads. Sterling silver and 14 karat gold bangle bracelet, set with three pearls and three rubies, each mounted in yellow gold. The gems are set equidistant from one another. The pearls are deeply lustrous and have a fine, faint pink tint. The pear-shaped rubies are also of good color and clarity. The pearls are 6mm in diameter; the rubies are approximately 4mm x 2mm. Very nice 14 karat yellow and rose gold brooch in the Retro Modern style, set with a single deeply lustrous 4.5mm pearl. The circle is rose gold, and the leaves are a slightly green-tinted yellow gold. The interplay of gold colors is a signature of period Retro Modern jewelry. The back is marked by the jeweller, A. J.
