A large pair of 18K yellow gold Sputnik earrings by H Stern. The domes are bezel-set with round amethysts, citrines, aquamarines, peridots, green tourmalines, pink tourmalines and garnets. The Sputnik design was created in the 1950’s to highlight the range of colored gemstones available from Stern’s Brazilian mines. It later came to be called “Sputnik” for its resemblance to the spiky Soviet satellite launched in 1957...

A scarce form, and we've only seen a few of these lockets. This is an Edwardian sterling silver 1-1/2 x 1-1/8" photo locket pendant with hinged photo "pages" which hold two photographs each. It is stamped STERLING, it has an engine turned design on the interior and it has fine hand engraving on the front. The shield has never been monogrammed and the plain back is unadorned...

A collectible Scandinavian gold and amethyst pin by Kippittan Kulta of Finland. The pin is stamped with the anvil mark 585 Finland and measures 2 1/4" x 1-1/4". Weight 3.6gr.

A Victorian 14k amethyst seed pearls stickpin circa 1900. This 2-1/4" long late Victorian period stickpin has an offset oval head which measures 7/16" x 5/16" across, it weighs 1.0 grams, and it is in excellent original condition with no dents, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs except for some minor bends to the shaft. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use...

An interesting pair of cufflinks carved from pieces of coral and shaped as koi. Each fish has the distinctive ruffled tail fins that are typical of the species. The fronts are joined with silvered chains to the backs which are simple pieces of coral branch. The color is very nice and is completely natural.

An unusual modernist sterling silver ring with coiled silver wires by the firm Jens Peter Clausen Guðjónsson of Iceland. Signed JENS 925S, Hand Made and Iceland. Measures about a size 7. The top sits 5/8" high and measures about 1 1/4" across. Has a brutalist, asymmetrical feel. There is a small fracture on the bottom that looks original. This design really stands out! Great example of Scandinavian modernist design.

Fabulous and early 19th century ring in silver with a center rectangular genuine pale aqua green beryl, genuine pearls, and surrounding tiny dark green stones which are probably glass. With two tiny illegible hallmarks. It tests positive for at least 800 or 900 silver. Ring size 5 1/2. The top of the ring is 5/8 inch by 5/8 inch. Excellent condition. A 14K yellow gold gypsy ring with a hand-engraved scrolling motif to the shank on either side of a high-domed cabochon emerald. The emerald is graded as dark vivid green (G7/6) with moderate clarity and color enhancement typical of emeralds. The resulting color contrast with the gold setting is especially attractive, as is the classic tapering shape of the shank. Tested and guaranteed 14K.

A Matisse Renoir copper and enamel spiral brooch. This lovely 3" x 1-1/2" pin has a central green, yellow and brown mottled enamel dome and it closes with a safety catch. It is in very good original condition with no dents, monograms, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than two small areas of loss to the lacquer on the copper...

The longer neck ring measures about 15" around. The ends are flattened with the wider one measuring 3/8" across. Signed with the script © Ed Levin, Sterling. Has some minor surface scratches and tarnish. Could probably be somewhat adjusted due to the open nature of the design.

The other more rounded neck ring measures about 13" around and is somewhat adjustable. Has an opening of about 5/8"...
