Matl Matilde Poulat opened her shop in 1931.(Pack Davis) She with her nephew Salas produced folk art jewels that are sought after today. This signed example is studded with turquoise and clear, faceted amethyst squares. The silver work shows itself as an excellent example that is 7 in. long and 1.75in. tall. The weight is heavy at 63 grams as a bracelet with open air filigree. Collectors will not be disappointing with this bracelet.

Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely. Warm patina, with some tarnish. In very nice condition with minor scratches. Great classic design.

Signed William Spratling for his first phase comes this wonderful modernist design.The Mexican silver necklace is in a pylon shape and has a beautiful natural patina.There is a 16in. wearable length and the drops are approximately 1in. x 1in. It is open backed repousse made with thick silver of at least 980 silver showing a very white color. The work marks are exciting to see in this piece. No damage, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

Not sure if raisin is an "official" Bakelite color name, but it best describes the unusual rich deep brown with purple undertones color of this hinged bangle. Circa 1940. Tests positive for Bakelite. Guaranteed vintage and original. From a collection. With excellent very deep carving in a roses and leaves motif. Excellent condition. The hinge is tight. It is a bit dusty; I have brushed it but have not cleaned it further so as not to disturb the oxidized finish...

A sophisticated Edwardian ring featuring a rectangular cabochon of moss agate nestled in a 14K yellow gold filigree mounting. The quality of the piercing is superb. The moss agate is nicely transparent with intense deep green wisps that seem to float in the stone. Moss agate is a rather unusual gemstone selection for this style of setting, but the stone seems to have been a favorite of the designers at Larter, as we have seen several fine examples of its use in unexpected ways...

An interesting, heavy organic ring by the Swedish Modernist Jeweler, Isaac Cohen. Marked Isaac Cohen, ICO for the maker, Town Mark for Stockholm, National Mark, Silver Standard, and date code for 1967. Isaac Cohen was the owner of Galarie 22, a fashionable jewelry store in Stockholm. Top measures about 1 1/8" long and 1 1/8" across. Sits about 5/8" high off the shank. Ring is between an 8 - 8 1/2. Looks like someone may have previously sized it...

Simple and elegant, this 14k yellow gold ring is adorned with two Old Mine Cut diamonds. The larger of the two measures approximately .30 ct and grades approximately G color and VS2 on the GIA grading scale. The smaller of the two diamonds measures approximately .20 ct and is well matched to the other at G color and SI1 clarity. The bezel settings around the diamonds are white gold. It is in excellent condition and is currently a size 7.75. The diamonds are bright and sparkle very well...

A wonderful early Victorian portrait locket worked in gilt silver and set with hundreds of Bohemian garnets, including a 10.2-carat rose cut oval at the center. The garnets are set with space between them to lighten the overall effect and better show the bright red coloring of the stones. The locket is suspended from a garnet-encrusted clover shaped bail. The back cover is entirely glass The gilding is intact.

This is a Vintage Tricolor Bracelet in like new condition. It sat in a safe for decades. Has a Harp Israel Stamp and is stamped 14K. Also has a second designer stamp we don't recognize. There is an appraisal from 1997 that gives it a value of $1900.00. Weighs 31.5 grams and is about 7 or 7.5 inches in length.

Ca 1910 A beautiful, transitional Art Nouveau-Art Deco ring by Newark jewelry designer, M.B. Bryant ( 1858-1931). The smooth bezel set stone measures 1/2" square and the ring is a size 6.5. In excellent condition, the pictures tell all. Marked 14k along with the Bryant stamp.

A cast rectangular top decorated with what look like applied and incised stylized scrollwork; the surface is textured and is unevenly oxidized. The sides exhibit clamp-like elements and the band shoulders bear engraved geometric designs. The band is flattened, and on the inside is marked with the German crown and moon, 800, and what looks like a worn maker’s mark. The style looks like transitional art deco/art modern; the ring is dated conservatively. It is sized at a 7. Weight: 5.9 grams
