The focus of this studio necklace is the central drop of translucent banded agate, suspended by a chain of hand-forged links. The agate is securely mounted in an open-back bezel framed, and the hook closure is also hand-wrought. Each connecting ring is soldered closed, exhibiting a high quality of workmanship. The piece is likely from the 1970s-1980s. The necklace measures 24 inches long; the agate pendant drops by an inch.

Beautiful very long vintage 1920s necklace with graduated cherry amber Bakelite faceted translucent beads, strung in a continuous strand with no clasp. Tests positive for Bakelite with Simichrome. Great size -- 62 inches wearable length. The largest center bead is 22mm by 13mm and the smallest beads are 8mm by 6mm. Excellent condition. Display form is life size. The vining floral from the vessel has great depth with 940 silver and dark natural patina from time. The weight is 66 grams heavy with a drop of 3.5in. tall and 4in. span across. This does not count the additional 2 vining links that are separate at the top so it is more expansive than just the pectoral drop. It lays like a dream with a wearable of a minimum of 17in. A handsome pair of 18K yellow and white gold stirrup cufflinks by Cartier. The design is similar to the "Trinity" design, but features just two rings with a wavy profile. This is the first time we've seen this particular pattern. The cufflinks are hinged at the back and snap shut at the top of the arch. Each cufflink is fully marked with serial numbers, the master goldsmith's mark and "Cartier Paris."

A 10K carved green jadite jade lotus flower pendant on chain jadeite necklace from the 1960s. This well-made 3/4" across beauty has fine striations to the leaves and the jadite is well carved. The 16-3/8" fine link chain has a springring clasp and it is stamped GOREL 10K (the pendant is unmarked) and this necklace weighs 4.7 grams. Vintage Signed Sterling Silver 5 dome pin brooch with "C" catch marked: MAISEL'S STERLING for the Albuquerque New Mexico maker of Native American jewelry of years past. It is 2 3/8" X 1/2" @ widest, this being the smallest dome at 10mm while the mid one is 13mm. Slightest hint of a very shallow dimple that even the camera won't pick up and the "C" catch is a bit askew yet very secure.
Similar seen recently on Jane Russell in an old black and white western movie.

Completely handmade, this sterling silver pin is formed similar to a stylized sprig of lily-of-the-valley. It also bears an engraved inscription on the back that reads: “Anna F. Davies/The College Settlement of Philadelphia/1898-1941.” Davies was a founder of the settlement movement, and ran this settlement house during those years. The pin is also marked sterling and has a secure safety catch. It measures 3 1/8 inches long by about 1 inch wide. Weight: 19.5 grams
