From his first design period, with hallmarks dating 1940- 46, this is a silver conch pin designed by William Spratling and featured in books on Mexican silver. Measuring 2 3/4" by 2", weighs 21 grams and is signed as shown. The pin clasp may have been replaced . One of Spratling's favorite designs.

A blue enamel sterling silver WIF initials pin brooch from 1910 1920. This elegant 1" pin has the stylish WIF initials against a turquoise enamel ground. It has a safety pin style clasp, it is stamped STERLING and it weighs 7.3 grams. A good conversation piece if you invent a name or phrase to go with the initials (polite or otherwise)...

A classic Art Deco 18K white gold Russian braid chain necklace with opal cabochons and faceted onyx beads sandwiched together into egg-shaped stations along the length. The opals have nice play-of-color with a preponderance of blues and greens. Most station chain necklaces are quite long, but the shorter length of this example makes for a very wearable, delicate look. The clasp is stamped with French 18K marks.

An attractive vintage hand engraved 1-3/8 x 1" gold filled photo locket mounted on a contemporary bow style pin. An important 19th century brooch of carved coral lilies nestled among 18K yellow gold chrysanthemum leaves set with old mine cut diamonds. The lily blossoms are fully three dimensional and are carved from the finest Mediterranean red coral, most likely harvested from the Italian coast near Naples. The heavily detailed gold leaves have a strong sculptural quality with undulating movement. Vintage mini mantilla comb? Reminding one of Aguilar scroll work. A Taxco contemporary of Spratling or Castillo? Beautifully hand cut unmarked yet tested at least sterling, but could be higher due to its density.

This lovely, old pin or brooch measures 1 1/2" x 1/4" x just over 1/8". Set in brass, within ropetwist wire cells, it displays colorful, floral / foliate patterns. It has a C-catch and is marked MADE IN ITALY. I believe it is circa 1900.

Spectacular design in this wide, bold silver overlay bracelet by Hopi Manuel Hoyungowa ( 1953-2011) who was an active silversmith since the 1970's having learned from Preston Monongye. The bracelet measures 5 1/2" around in the inside with an additional 1 1/4" opening. It is 1 7/8" wide and weighs a solid 84 grams. It in fine original condition and hallmarked as shown. An amazing, precise pattern perfectly executed.

A very good, large 18K yellow gold Sputnik ring by H Stern. The dome is studded with a variety of bezel-set tourmalines, amethysts, citrines, aquamarines and garnets. Stern popularized the style in the 1950’s to show off the variety of gemstones mined in the company’s native Brazil. Due to its spiky appearance, the design eventually became known as “Sputnik”. The rings were made in a variety of dome sizes, and this example is exceptionally large...

Handsome cufflinks with hexagonal faces linked by chains to torpedo backs. The faces are engraved with an intricate engine-turned design. The backs are marked with Finnish hallmarks for Helsinki. The maker’s mark is illegible, but the gold content is “890” which translates to around 21K.

Origin: Finland, circa 1930. Condition: excellent, all original, one torpedo has a few dings on the underneath side. Size: faces, 5/8” wide. Weight: 5.0 grams.

"Fore" the golfer, a vintage pair of square framed gold plated GOLFER toggle back cufflinks comprising a circled back swinging hand painted golfer on a mother of pearl background encased in a crystal dome cover, unmarked, mid century American. Size: 5/8 in. square. Very good condition with minor wear to one link.

This unsigned enamel and rhinestone flower pin is 3 1/4" x 2 1/4". The flowers are lavender & purple, metallic green enamel leaves, and sparkling purple and clear rhinestones. and a gold ton finish.

It is in Excellent vintage condition. Some natural nicks and chips, but overall in great condition. Pin and clasp are in perfect working order.

An Ellis sterling silver butterfly wing tie bar circa 1910 - 1920 in a vintage case. This Edwardian vintage 2-3/4" x 5/8" tiebar has a central butterfly wing decoration under glass. It is stamped ENGLAND on the back and it tests as sterling silver. It comes in a period satin and velvet fitted Ellis Bros. box from Toronto (later bought out by Birks)...

Hallmarks date this very rare Antonio Pineda necklace 1948-1953.

The hand carved obsidian face mask has a gold sheen which is glowing and gorgeous, and exquisitely detailed, with dangling coral earrings. Stone measures 1 1/2" x 1 1/2", with a depth of 3/4". Carved tubular beads alternate with round silver beads, strung on a sterling silver chain, and the closure is a hook and eye.

Closed, wearable length is 18 1/2".

Weight is 72.3 grams.
