Spring is never too far away when you see a swallow. This unique 14Kt gold retro broach captures a moment of tenderness as a swallow is feeding its offspring in their nest. The bird has a ruby eye and seven rose cut diamonds decorate its wings. The intricately woven nest holds the three fledglings represented by three 5 millimeter cultured pearls. The broach measure 1 ¾” high and the width is the same 1 ¾”.

An Edwardian tiger eye discs gilt brass necklace from 1910 1920. This attractive 18-1/4" necklace has 7/8 x 9/16" carved oval tiger's eye gemstones with gilded brass links and a rosette box clasp. The fire that this Elsa Schiaparelli bracelet and earrings sends out has to be seen to be believed. Large Gripoix poured glass, lava stones (sometimes called gum drop stones) are surrounded by 12 brilliant aurora borealis rounds. The bracelet is 7 5/8" (19.8 cm) long (not including the tongue) by 1 1/4" ( 3.5 cm). The ear clips a 1 1/4" (3.5cm) in diameter.
The bracelet has a guard chain and a tight working clasp. The earring clips have lots of spring...
From the DeLillo Archive comes this glorious set of giant unfoiled ruby red stones set in gold metal with large pearl spacers. Designed by Robert Clark (formerly with Miriam Haskell--note the seed pearl and flower hook), the necklace is 1 1/2” wide and 16” long with a 3” extender & an oval metal hang tag signed DeLillo. The clip earrings are a hair under 1 1/2" (4.1 cm) long by 3/4" (2.2 cm) wide. They are unsigned.

A very unusual pair of 14K yellow gold barbell cufflinks, one end the traditional ball shape and the other in a geometric “rooftop” shape. Louis Tamis & Sons opened in 1909 and quickly became the leading American maker of gold boxes and other luxury objects. In the 1930s, the company manufactured for Paul Flato. By mid-century, it had become on of New York’s most exclusive manufacturing jewelers, creating commissioned pieces for Tiffany & Co., Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels...
An elegant pair of 1960-s 14Kt yellow gold and pearl earrings are centered by high luster 3.5 millimeter cultured pearls. The six engraved petals on each earring form a 1” diameter flower, and the earrings have wire backs with hook closures.
These stylized lily of the valley earrings are from the 1960-s. The non pierced earrings are made of 14Kt two tone gold and diamonds with “French backs”. The leaf in the back is made of textured 14Kt yellow gold, the flowers are white gold and each set with two diamonds. The approximate total weight of all eight diamonds is 0.15Ct. The earrings are 1 3/8” high and 5/8” wide.
This important amethyst and 14Kt yellow gold oval cluster pendant is centered by a 16 X 12 millimeter oval faceted amethyst. The center stone is encircled by fourteen round faceted graduated amethysts. The smaller stones are on top and graduate on both sides to the largest stone on the bottom. The approximate total weight of all stones is 10 + carats. The pendant measures 1 3/8” high including the bail and ¾’ wide.
An elegant pair of vintage sterling silver and rosewood inlaid cufflinks by an unknown Taxco maker. The geometric positive and negative space design and is finely executed. The backs are marked “Mexico 925” and have the maker’s registry number “TS-15.”

A handsome pair of 14k yellow gold cufflinks, the faces set with Essex crystals depicting dogs (definitely terriers, and most likely fox terriers). The dogs are colorfully painted on the reverse-carved crystal and set against mother of pearl backgrounds. The cufflinks are finished with toggle backs. The toggles are stamped “14K” and have a patent number, indicating the patent was still active when the cufflinks were made.
