A well crafted sterling silver cuff bracelet in the Chicago tradition of Arts and Crafts jewelry.

Lightly hammered. Measures 6" around with an opening of 3/4". Measures 1 1/8" at the widest. Marked Sterling and Handwrought. Has an intricate floral design around a central dog tooth pearl.

Warm patina, fine condition. Wonderful example of Arts and Crafts silver work.

An interesting, heavy organic ring by the Swedish Modernist Jeweler, Isaac Cohen. Marked Isaac Cohen, ICO for the maker, Town Mark for Stockholm, National Mark, Silver Standard, and date code for 1967. Isaac Cohen was the owner of Galarie 22, a fashionable jewelry store in Stockholm. Top measures about 1 1/8" long and 1 1/8" across. Sits about 5/8" high off the shank. Ring is between an 8 - 8 1/2. Looks like someone may have previously sized it...

Rare modernist earrings by Irvin and Bonnie Burkee, a husband and wife team who created unique jewelry in their studio from the late 1940s until the 1970s. The minimalist aesthetic sterling silver earrings are circa 1950s, and feature discs each decorated by a single silver sphere. The earrings are screw-backs, and the tops measure .75" in diameter. Gerardo Lopez is well known for his skill with the repousse technique in his designs. His flow with swirls and beads are what sets this necklace apart from other Maestros. Todays jewel is 17in. long and the drop is 1 3/8th's by 2in. long. The repousse is thick and the chain is 3/8th inches tall. The presence is gorgeous with a little black dress or jeans. This wonderful 1940's, Mexican necklace consists of decorative, linked hearts that meet to form a pendant of 3 hearts with a central cone-shaped ornament. The hearts have a lovely, foliate, stamped, raised design complimented by a small, bezel set, turquoise cabochon (in different shades of blue and green). The necklace is 20” long. A forged wire pendant composed of drops of various lengths is attached to a chain of shorter, peaked forged bars linked by securely soldered rings. The necklace has a nice heft, but it quite comfortable. The back bears the circular impressed Mexican silver mark with central maker’s initials of possibly OBC, and the eagle 1 mark. The necklace measures 19 inches long unclasped; the pendant drops 4 ¼ inches. Weight: 56.1 grams

This stunning bracelet is composed of an applied cast floral layer on a plain, hinged bangle bracelet, with a secure tongue-and-groove clasp and security chain. The tongue bears French import marks that guarantee a silver content of at least .800, and probably dates anywhere from the 1930s to the 1950s. A wonderfully made 14Kt yellow gold sapphire and diamond ring/band is centered by 7 channel –set natural blue sapphires. On either side of the sapphires there are 7 channel-set brilliant cut diamonds. The approximate total weight of all sapphires is 0.50Ct while the approximate total weight of all 14 diamonds is 0.20Ct. The width of the tapered ring is 8.5 millimeter on top and 2.5 millimeter on the bottom. The ring is a size 7 and can easily be sized.
