Fabulous wide sterling collar necklace with intricate design by Far Fan, Mexico, c.1947. The intricate hand cut design is brilliantly engineered so that one piece fits perfectly into the other. This lovely enameled pansy, originally a screwback earring, has been converted to a colorful ring with the addition of sterling silver shank. The pansy is enameled in bright shades of purple and yellow. The enamel has a slight iridescent effect and is translucent so the engraved silver shines through for added texture...

Spratling's Nahui Ollin cuff is often found in a large mens size but this rare one is sized for a woman, is comfortable and will not shake off in movement. It is heavy at 151 grams of high content silver. The amethyst are a gorgeous grape color with no chips or damage. The gap is .75 inches with a diameter of 2 3/8th inches. With a dramatic face front that is 2.25 in. tall the presence is outstanding . One of my favorite designs with thick hand chased details.

A lovely pair of 10K yellow gold drop earrings decorated with a golden bows centered with round brilliant cut blue zircons. The gems have deep coloring and show nicely in a small size. These Retro earrings were originally screwbacks and have been converted for pierced ears. The earrings have nice movement and could be worn with either casual or cocktail attire...

Davis designed this Art Deco sterling & amethyst bracelet in the 1930"s. Signed FD SILVER MEXICO the bracelet is 6 3/4" long X 1" wide. Both silver and stones are in beautiful condition. Clasp is tight and secure. Fred Davis designs are included in the 20th century Mexican silver collection at Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Penny Morrill has written about and featured Fred Davis works in several of her books on Mexican silver including WILLIAM SPRATLING AND THE MEXICAN SILVER RENAISSANCE.

This Silver Necklace by Fred Davis is a rare and seldom seen piece created in the 1930's. Featuring silver bands that are slightly curved to fit around the neck. It measures 1 1/2" wide by 15" long with a three hook closure. Nice and heavy at 137 grams. Marked with the joined FD, Sterling, Mexico. Light age related tarnish but no other damage. A truly fabulous and highly collectible piece.
