Whimsical vintage pendant crafted of sterling silver depicting a honey bee with wonderful detail. The body of the bee has a gold wash finish. The back designed with an amusing bee face, marked 925. Here is a mid-20th century handmade ring of two types of wood mounted in a sterling silver frame. The wood is carved into small squares. The rectangular top is soldered to a sterling band and rises about 1/2 inch from the finger. The ring is unmarked, but tests for sterling. The top of the ring measures 3/4 inch long by 5/8 inch wide. The ring is sized to a 7.

This is an unusual ring that is a crossover between American Colonial and English Victorian. The ring has as its face an actual $2.50 Liberty coin from 1861 but is wrapped in a polished 18K English mount. Minted from 1840 - 1907, our American Liberty coin ring with the authentic gold USA Gold Quarter Eagle was originally legal tender worth $2.50. A pair of silver egg-shaped earrings decorated with ornate floral guilloche engraving below translucent golden enamel. The enamel gives the appearance that the eggs are constructed entirely of gold. The ridge around the center of each egg was left unenameled for color contrast. The upper half of each egg is set with an old European cut diamond. Plateros was the name of Sigi Pinedas first shop. He was not open long at this taller and works with this signature are rare. From this shop I have found his very best works. Thick silver and always made with quality and this necklace shows all that off. The red coral branch is over 1.5in. long and has a length of 1 3/8th's in. wide. The necklace lays beautiful due to the hinged design. The diameter is 4.5in. across which is about 16.5 inch wearable...

This copper bracelet features a double row of linked leaves attached at each end by copper-plated openwork panels, and connected by round copper-plated links. The surface is highly patinated, with only very minimal wear to the plating on the ends. The fold-over clasp is very secure; there is no mark. The bracelet measures 7 1/2 inches long by about 1 3/4 inches wide.

A handsome pair of vintage 14K yellow gold cufflinks, the square faces in a basketweave pattern. Each open square is filled with a prong-set brilliant round cut blue sapphire. The sapphires are a medium-blue color with eye-clean clarity. The stones are nicely cut for maximum light return and have excellent brilliance as a result. The exposed gold surfaces have a finely engraved Florentine finish. The hinged backs are marked “14K”.

A cool looking vintage 1960s Scandinavian art pottery ring. This ring has a metal adjustable shank, it is unsigned (probably had a paper tag originally), and it measures 1-1/4" x 3/4". A modernist pair of sterling silver screw back earrings by Charles H. Cole, born 1908 and active 1930s-50s. He signed his work with a face hallmark. The facial features spell out his last name. Also signed Sterling and ©. Screw backs are also marked sterling.

Hand made, you can see very light hammering. They are in a floral design with cascading tendrils. Screw backs hold securely. Fine condition, from a talented silversmith.

This whimsical silver pin, possibly formed as a French horn, features a bell made of amber. The amber is in very nice condition, without scratches or wear. There are silver marks on the pin stem that look to be Russian, but they aren’t clear enough for a definite identification. The rollover clasp is very secure, and tests for silver, as does the pin stem. The pin measures about 2 inches long, from the mouthpiece to the bell, and 1 1/8 inches wide. Gross weight: 11 grams

An Art Deco 14K diamond solitaire ring in 14k yellow and 18k white gold circa 1920s. This vintage size 6 ring measures 3/16" across the diamond, which is a 20 point round brilliant cut stone of VS-2 clarity and F colour, fair cut. This ring is stamped 14K-18K with a maker's mark, it weighs 2.6 grams. It had an independent gemological appraisal for $1000 (from August 2009)...
