Very nice 14 karat yellow and rose gold brooch in the Retro Modern style, set with a single deeply lustrous 4.5mm pearl. The circle is rose gold, and the leaves are a slightly green-tinted yellow gold. The interplay of gold colors is a signature of period Retro Modern jewelry. The back is marked by the jeweller, A. J. Great modernist designed mixed metals ring in silver and brass, possibly by ANTONIO PINEDA. It is signed "TONO 925" and is in excellent condition. Matching silver necklace and bracelet in large repetitive waves of acid-etched links, c.1950's. This modernist design has a hint of deco and is quite heavy, weighing a total of 4 1/2 troy oz. The bracelet is quite generous in size measuring 1 1/2" wide by 7 1/2" long with 19 curled links folding into each other. The necklace measures 7/8" wide by 15" long and has 44 links. These links move and jingle playfully against each other but the piece is masterful...
