The "Jewels by Antonio" hallmarks dates 1949-1953. This is a book-piece design shown on page 152 of Silver Seduction : The Art of Mexican Modernist Antonio Pineda.

It's a fabulous ring with a huge presence. Size is 8.25. Height on top is just shy of 1/2". 1" wide.

Weight is a substantial 17.3 grams.

Signed and hallmarked "Jewels by Antonio Taxco Mexico", with the design # PP451.

A vintage sterling silver and pearl Mid Century Modernist brooch in the brutalist style. Consists of eleven tentacles or rays with flattened ends. Has a large off center grey pearl.

Measures 2" across and 1 1/2" high. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely.

Has some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. Pearl has some very minor scuffs.

Well made with a stunning design. Great studio piece.

This moonstone necklace and/or choker has great detail, with foliate accents. It sits on the neck very nicely, with its style. It is sterling silver with lovely, moonstone cabochons surrounded by applied leaves. It is a Navajo / Native American / South Western piece. The chain is 15 1/2 long. The back is marked STERLING with the maker's mark clearly show a D. The other letter is cut off (see pics). It has good heft and is in excellent condition.

A fine Victorian 18K yellow gold fancy link long chain necklace. The 45” chain has ornate scrolling plaques separated by smaller simple links. The fancy links are further highlighted with beaded decoration. The generous length allows the chain to be worn doubled or tripled. In fact, the chain has an ingenious clasp that holds the necklace at just the right staggered length (21” and 25”)when doubled. A large sterling silver brooch by Taxco artisan Enrique Ledesma with a dark green elongated stone. Measures 2 3/4" long and 1 1/8" wide. Marked on the back Ledesma, Mexico, Taxco, 925, BB, Eagle #3 and design number 289. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely. Has a hairline on the side which doesn't go all the way through. The stone is stable. There is a variation to the texture of the surface in one small area. Probably original to the stone...

A vintage modernist sterling silver cuff bracelet by Hans Hansen, designed by the Georg Jensen designer, Allan Scharff in his Alliance line. Made from three thick curved overlapping sterling wires.

Measures about 6 1/2" around with an opening of 1 1/4". Measures 1 1/2" wide across the front. May be able to be adjusted by a jeweler.

A cool and vintage French Art Deco Bakelite and rhinestone pin c1920s-30s. This 2 x 1-3/8" pin features mottled green and black horn-shaped "stones" of carved Bakelite in imitation of jade and onyx; it also has two large claw-set closed-back flashy rhinestones. It has silverplated hooks on the front and a screw-mounted setting with a blackened finish on the back, which has the original c-clasp. A handsome dress set comprising a pair of cufflinks and three shirt studs. The 14K yellow gold faces have geometric decoration and feature bead-set round brilliant-cut diamonds. The diamonds are estimated at SI2 clarity and J-K color. Those in the studs are approximately 1/4 carat each, and those in the cufflinks are approximately 1/8 carat each. The studs have a spring mechanism and the cufflinks have toggle backs. Each piece is marked “14K.”

This fine brooch can also be worn as a pendant. It features a large/bold green chalcedony, Aztec mask, set in decorative sterling silver. The back is marked HECHO EN MEXICO STERLING 925 (with a space then a letter after the 5). It is stamped with the assay mark with 28 in the middle (sometimes used by Bernice Goodspeed).
