These very stylish bow earrings from the 1960-s are made of 14Kt yellow gold and set with 4mm natural emeralds. The two emeralds have great color and an approximate total weight of 0.60 Ct. The earrings diameter is 13/16”.

This sturdy pin is probably the work of an American maker; its Scandinavian style is reminiscent of VikingCraft or early Danecraft. Dramatic large hand made sterling Mayan face/headdress pin by LOS CASTILLO, Mexico, 1942. Measures 3 1/4" by 2 1/4" and signed "LOS CASTILLO TAXCO STERLING MADE IN MEXICO 530". This pin has a barette-type of closure. However, the points are very sharp so is not a barette but rather an alternate type of pin closure. A handsome pair of double-sided cufflinks featuring oval carnelian cabochons simply set in 14K yellow gold mountings. The carnelians have exceptionally rich color and translucency, creating a particularly striking look. Each cufflink is stamped "585" for 14K and also with an unidentified European maker's mark "FA".

A vintage modernist bronze link bracelet by Pentti Sarpaneva. Measures about 7 3/8" around and 1 3/8" wide. Has a box push in closure which holds securely and a safety chain. Marked P. Sarpaneva on the back of the clasp. Nice contrast of dark and light surfaces. Fine condition, classic design. 1960's.

This Reja sterling brooch is 3 1/4" x 2 1/4". It is Hallmarked Reja sterling.

These Coro cockatoos have been hand painted with enamel. At the center of each flower is a faceted, faux diamond. As you can see by the patent below, this duette was designed by Gene Verrechio and patented in 1941. Pat # for the duette is Des. 126,490 and for the clip #1798867. Coro invented the "Duette" in the 1930s. An ingenious invention. The design involves two pin clips that fit together, joined by a mechanism at the back, so they can be worn together as a single brooch...

A very attractive Retro bracelet worked in 18K yellow, rose and white gold. The design has the industrial look typical of French Retro pieces. The gold is strongly colored, so there is very good contrast in the design. The clasp is stamped with French 18K marks and an unidentified master goldsmith's mark.

This beauty is signed Nestor who was a little known Taller but is known for their own original designs. This necklace was crafted somewhere around the early 50's and is properly hallmarked as shown. 2in. x 2in. is the height and span of the purple stone drop. The Stone is 5/8th in. across and is without chips. The stone is not a color changing synthetic as it stays true in color and with a flood of light shows a pink cast underlying the purple...

The typically Art Nouveau curves of this elegant lavalier are set with seed pearls to accent their lavish beauty. The lavalier holds a large central ametyst—February’s birthstone!—and has an amethyst dropper. The delicate bale is set with more pearls. The lavalier is made of 9 ct gold and is 1 1/8" by 1 1/2" plus the bale. Circa 1900. The 14 k gold 16" chain is new.

Decorated with inlaid discs and squares of bone, horn and wood, in the manner of tribal or ethnographic art, this compelling long chain necklace has an exotic, sophisticated feel. The discs are decorated on both sides; the squares, only on one side. Each ring of the cable chain is completely secured with solder; the chain has no clasp but can be doubled. The dating is mostly likely 1950-1960, although it could be older. Doubled, the chain measures 28 ½ inches long. It is conservatively dated.
