This pendant displays a great example of Danish silver jewelry. The artist is Erik Dennung and the piece is manufactured by Buch and Deichmann. Its diameter is 2 1/2". The Scandinavian, abstract, brutalist design sits within a concave disk, of sorts, and is 1/2" in height. This piece has a cool Modernist design and weighs 70 grams - 2 1/2 ounces. It is in excellent condition. The back is marked with the Buch & Deichmann manufacturer's mark (B + D below a circle, flanked by 2 vertical lines)...

This popular Georg Jensen design features a deeply recessed, oxidized groove around the entire band that is embedded with tiny silver beads. These earrings are composed of irregularly shaped, concave panels that feature applied abstract figures with outstretched arms. The background is highly oxidized, as are the tops attached to the screw backs. The oxidation is nicely distributed and shows very little wear. The backs of the tops have a mark of Plata/Taxco, as well as partial unidentifiable marks. The earrings measure 1 ¼ inches long by about ¾ inch wide. Weight: 11.1 grams total

An amazing modernist sterling silver ring with an abstract figural design signed with what looks like JPC, Iceland and 925S. Measures about a size 7- 7.5. The top sits 1/2" high and measures about 7/8" across and 1 3/8" long. Has an interesting hammered texture. Really stands out! Great example of Scandinavian modernist design.

These mid-century earrings are composed of rectangular and concave gilded sterling silver plaques enameled in a deep blue with a linear design under the glaze. The blue shows much brighter than in the images and more of a contrast with the two raised ridges of gilded sterling that decorate the center. They are secured by screw backs in good working order, and are signed Balle 925 for Øystein Balle of Norway. They measure 1 inch long by 3/4 inch wide. Weight: 10.1 grams

This sterling silver ring features a ‘taco’-like folded design with a zigzag band inside sitting on its edge. The inside of the folded piece has been deeply oxidized with a translucent finish. The ring exhibits various kinds of tool marks. The ring is possibly Norwegian, with a mark of 925S inside the band; there are also maker’s initials of JPC, possibly for Danish silversmith Jens Peter Clausen of Copenhagen (1973-1981). This gold tone brooch / pin is a great depiction of a large terrier, a Komondor, also known as Hungarian Komondor and/or Hungarian Sheepdog. I personally think it even looks like Sheepdog, a Wheaton Terrier, etc. It measures 1 1/8" from tail to snout x 1 1/8" tall. Regardless, it is in excellent condition and has a good heft. The back is marked NAPIER with the copyright symbol.
