This is likely a scene of Maine or Massachusetts, judging from the lobster traps at left on the dock. This is an example of the MARC CHAGALL (1887-1985) lithograph "The Tribe of Joseph", from The Jerusalem Windows series of the early 1960's. Measurements are 12 1/2" by 9 3/4", so, this is I believe from a book, and it is much smaller in size than the edition of 150 pencil signed version of the print. It is however a true lithograph and not a dot offset print. I examined this out of the frame (and it is loose under the mat currently, floating)...

An old watercolor painting of the Piazza San Marco in Venice, Italy, signed at lower left by the noted artist VITTORE ZANETTI-ZILLA (1869-1946). Measurements are 9 1/2" by 13 1/4" (14 3/4" by 18 1/2" as framed). The artist studied in Venice and in his mid twenties traveled through Europe, which had an effect on his style. He exhibited at Munich in 1893 and in Buenos Aires in 1910. After World War I, the artist remained in Milano. Solo exhibitions of his work took place in 1918 and 1920...

Etching on paper, 16 1/4" by 14 1/4", with narrow metal framing, pencil signed at lower right by artist, who, if I read correctly the Russian on the reverse, is one VLADIMIR KOSTROMIN. An old original label on reverse has a 1978 date, so I would imagine the print dates to the late 1970's. The ink is a greenish black. Moisture has compromised the margins and mold stained and rippled them; reframing would help exclude that. Some photos show reflections and overstate some slight discolorations ...
