This is a PAIR of color aquatints, each 8 1/2 by 12 1/2" inside the framing, 11 3/4" by 15 3/4" as framed, the subjects Notre Dame cathedral and the famous booksellers by the Seine in Paris, and (I believe) the famous column at the Place Vendome, each print numbered at lower left out of editions of 500, and signed at lower right in pencil, by the noted French 20th century impressionist painter CHARLES BLONDIN (1913-1991)...

Description: Wonderful miniature painting of a charming and pretty lady, in a beautiful blue and red dress, sitting with her left hand under chin. The painting comes with the artist's initials, K.A. on the lower right side. A large (27 1/2" by 40", unframed) oil pastel on paper drawing, circa 1930's to about 1940, the imagery including two Native American-looking female figures washing clothes in a stream as a child looks on, a deer and her newborn fawn, and stylized flowers, butterfly and trees, all in a composition that combines the Southwest and the Art Deco period...

Circa 1950's European oil painting of purple and white lilac in a vase, signed at lower right by artist "A. Teder" (likely German or Scandinavian). The painting is in good condition, with just old slightly discolored varnish and a tiny loss or two at left. I have looked in vain for a listing for this talented mid century painter. The frame is in good condition but the liner is shredded and missing. You will want to either replace the liner or reframe entirely...

American Watercolorist Delores Roles brings “Birds in Flight” Measuring 11x14 inches

A truly spectacular portrait miniature executed in watercolor on natural wafer. This is, by quite a few years, one of the earliest known pieces by Samuel Cotes. The painting is signed "SC" and dated "1756" at the center left. The sitter, clearly a nobleman, is seated in a chair as he plays a mandolin. It appears, from his expression and eyes, that the music is transporting him to some remembered or imagined place.

The condition of the painting is excellent...
