The print is titled at lower left, "The Marchand Court Old New Orleans", and bears the artist's notation "Ed/200" at lower center. Loving was a familiar figure on the New Orleans art scene for decades, painting and executing prints as well...

Late 20th century oil on canvas including a central figure, bird, young women embracing, and flowers, unsigned, painted in the style of the renowned and world-famous French artist Marc Chagall. The work, unframed, measures 24" by 20". The creator was obviously familiar with the paintings and graphic work of Chagall. Very decorative alternative to having a Chagall print.

Plate signed etching, 13" by 10 1/4" inside the mat, the sheet 16" by 13 3/4", titled "Rue de la Glaciere", 1937, by the famous and important French modern artist MAURICE de VLAMINCK (1876-1958). The original edition is given as 400 or 500 examples; later restrikes might exist. I do not know if this might be one of them. The paper is very thin and delicate and appears ribbed as would laid style paper. I do not see any watermarks...

Christ Before the Pharisees. Rembrandt Lithograph (1636). 19th Century Impression. 21 x 17". Frame Size 32 x 28". Rembrandt created some 300 etchings and drypoints from about 1626 to 1665. His career as a printmaker ran parallel to his career as a painter—he rarely treated the same themes in both media and only occasionally did he reproduce his paintings in prints.

Jeanie Lea Southwick, American 1853-? was in Japan in 1915 for the coronation where she won a prize for her work. A well-drawn watercolor titled in the lower right, “At the Shoguns Tomb Shiba” (Shiba park is in Tokyo). Signed in the same place Jeanie Lea Southwick. Watercolor over traces of pencil and a little gouache for the blue of the sky in the distance. Sight size 8 7/8 by 6 ¾ inches. Frame 14 by 11 ¾ inches.

A watercolor titled on reverse "The Scow ALMA", Tauranga, New Zealand, signed lower right and again on the backing, by listed England-born, New Zealand artist RICHARD "Dick" BAKER (1928-2004), measuring 6 1/4" by 9 1/2" (14 1/2" by 17" framed). The work was created in 1986. Baker's work is included in Te Papa Tongarewa, the National Museum of New Zealand, in Wellington, and at the National Maritime Museum at Greenwich, England. He also exhibited widely and placed works in private collections...
