Old American landscape with trees framing a lake, 8" by 10", 12" by 13 3/4" in the gold frame, signed at lower right with name "H. Wolosky". The oil on board work probably dates to the 1920's or 1930's. I do not see an obvious artist name that I could link to this piece. A Cooper Union (New York City) old circular label remains affixed to the back of the board. Condition is vintage good, no problems.

There seems to be minimal information available on the artist (online I did see a 1923-1960 lifespan that may or may not be accurate). The work measures 11 1/4" by 15" (17 1/2" by 21 1/2" in original framing)...
