On the reverse in ink is written the artist's full name, Sergei Nemirovski, and the date, 1998. Measuring 9 1/2" by 6 3/8" inside the mat (16 1/2" by 13 1/4" in simple wood frame), the piece is very clean and ready for the wall.

A nicely executed work by an artist about which information seems to be lacking. Measures 16 1/4" by 23 1/4" inside the mat, and 23 1/2" by 30 1/2" in light-colored frame. The work is in excellent condition.

A contemporary watercolor painting of a sailboat, signed at lower right by artist "Seargeant". Measurements are 12" by 10" inside the mat and 19 1/2" by 17 1/2" as nicely framed. Very clean overall, just a very little few specks of soiling on the inside of the non-glare glass, at upper corner. The artist had a good understanding of the wet-on-wet technique, as he used it to advantage in the gray, threatening sky and in the water.

An old watercolor painting of the famous Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, Germany, unsigned, circa 1940. The piece measures 9 1/4" by 7 1/2" inside the double mat and 14 1/4" by 11 1/2" as framed. The frame is modern and functional. Note the detail, including tiny figures and old cars and even double-decker buses. The gate, which dates to the 1730's, was severely damaged in World War II.
