A Silver Plated Revolving Bacon or Breakfast Warming Dish or Tureen with a Roll Top and an Ivory Button on the Handle. Two removable liners, one solid and one pierced. Made by Mappin & Webb, circa 1890, and marked "Triple Deposit", "Princes Plate" and "London & Sheffield". Dimensions; 13" long x 8" deep x 7.5" high. Excellent condition.

A Pair of Brass or Bronze Candlesticks signed by the maker "Spencer". Similar in style to the work of Robert Jarvie in Chicago. Each weigh over two pounds each. Measure about 8 1/4" tall, 5" across base. Very good condition and quality.

This is a solid silver plate with an engraved Islamic design from Egypt. The plate has a sloping scalloped rim and features an eight-point star called "Khatim Sulayman" in the center, formed by two overlapping squares.

The star's center is engraved with Arabic writing and surrounded by a band of eight cartouches with calligraphic Arabic characters...

Wide-bodied baluster with helmet mouth, leaf-capped high-looping handle, and 4 leaf-mounted volute scroll supports. Chased frames (vacant) entwined with flowers and leafing scrolls Mouth rim has applied leafing scrolls and flowers. Voluptuous form with nice heft. Fully marked including maker’s and retailer’s (JE Caldwell) stamps and no. 626...

A Spode soup plate in their Cracked ice and Prunus pattern, with inspiration from the blue and white Chinese pattern from the Kangxi period. Black transfer printed cracked ice border and flowers in polychrome enamels and gilt. Printed and impressed Spode marks for c 1820-30. The pattern is known as number 3950 (not visible on this piece). Diameter “9 ¾ /24,5 cm. Condition: slight wear to the well and back.

Beautiful antique prayer Baluch carpet, last quarter of the 19th Century, offered in basically perfect condition, with full pile and complete sides and ends. This camel ground tree of life prayer rug measures 65" by 34". All the dyes appear natural.

These 10 porcelain berry dishes or bowls were produced in France by Haviland & Co. Limoges between 1876 and 1886. There is a double mark indicating this period. The dishes are 4 5/8 inches in diameter and 1 inch deep. The set is decorated in a Japanese inspired transfer print that is hand colored. There are delicate sprays of pastel colored flowers. These are accented by butterflies and Japanese gold and silver balls. The rims are trimmed with an apricot colored border...

Fiddle dinner spoon from Hall & Elton (1839 -1890), Connectitcut, the pointed shape of the blade indicates mid 19th century. Hall & Elton is known to have made lots of silvered cutlery. However, this spoon is tested for a silver content of at least 830/1000 (= Swedish silver standard), and so probably is coin silver. Sterling silver was introduced 1870 in America. Length "8 ¾ / 22.5 cm, weight 45 grams. Condition: fine.

An English Silver Berry Spoon from the Early Victorian Period. Made in London in 1839 by Mary Chawner, Widow of William Chawner (of the prolific Chawner dynasty), and prominent woman silversmith on her own. Dimensions; 9" in length. Excellent condition.

A beautiful art glass vase with an applied salamander and lava flow from the rim, made by Moser around 1885. The vase is decorated with typical art nouveau motif. Made on ribbed-glass blank, the vase has a polished pontil. The vase is approximately 10 inches (25,5 cm) tall and 6 1/2 inches (16,5 cm) wide at its widest. Except for a small chip on one of the lava-contours and some roughness next to it, the vase is in fine condition. Though unsigned, it is guaranteed to have been made by Moser...

Lovely blown flint glass sugar bowl or covered comport in a panel design, the molded bell-shaped lid rising to a pointed finial. The bottom has a polished pontil. The glass is of heavy weight and good clarity.

A William IV sterling silver vinaigrette made by Thomas Shaw of Birmingham, England 1833. Vinaigrettes were used in the 18th and 19th century as a personal hygiene accessory for the moneyed class and were used to carry pleasant oils and attars or vinegars which were absorbed into cloth pads under the pierced gilded grillwork and sniffed so as to cover up the smells of everyday life (when there were open sewers and waste and garbage were tossed from windows onto the sidewalks and streets below)...

Offered is this exquisitely beautifully hand-painted, French opaline glass perfume bottle. The perfume is 11 1/2 inches (29 cm) tall. Except for a couple of minute flakes on the bottom of the lid that are typical of these old perfume bottle lids (see last picture - the flakes are concealed when the lid is in place), the bottle is in very good condition. The lid-bottom and the bottle's pontil-bottom have numbers (the bottle's number is too faded to decipher what it is - see pictures)...

Very elegant Neoclassical sterling silver server, ideal for either pastry or fish. The handle is decorated simply with banded reeds and laurel boughs, and the pierced blade is decorated with engraved laurel boughs and acanthus leaves. The back of the blade is marked with the French export silver hallmarks for 1879.

An extraordinary pair of painted tin toleware planters in the form of canoes. One is painted white with blue and red accent stripes and the other is red with blue and white accents. Each of the canoes has its original leather-wrapped wire hanger, and the undersides have trays to catch water drips. The drip trays also allow the canoes to placed on a surface instead of hanging...

This is a very small antique German chocolate mold. Father Christmas stands just 4 inches high and is 2 1/4 inches wide. The clips are original. Very nice detail. The manufacturer and the number 990 are stamped on the inside.

5218-21: English, Bilston, late 18th century, patch box these memento boxes were popular at the end of the eighteenth century and frequently given as tokens of friendship and love. Usually oval in shape, but also circular and rectangular, there decoration reflected the popular styles of the day. For example, by the 1790s Neoclassical style swags, doves, hearts, and borders were the most commonly used decoration of the day. This box reads "Unity is the bond of society."
