Brown banko ware teapot, Japan, late Meiji / early Showa. Unglazed, with the exception of the rim and the top of the handle hooks, some gilt to the molded decoration of a dragon and a lion dog. All handmade, with thumb marks to base and rim of lid. Height including lid "4 ½ / 11.5 cm. Condition: no bamboo handle, otherwise fine.

Fabulous and rare Pairpoint silver palate olive caster with original tongs. The satin glass insert is most likely Mount Washington and features a lovely hand painted floral design on all sides. All in excellent condition, it measures about 11 inches tall. (Glass insert is 4.5" high)

A Massive 5 Light Silver Plated Candelabra by Victor Silver Co.(part of Derby Silver Co., and merged with International Silver Co. in 1898), Shelton, CT. 1880's; The Weight is 72 ounces, height, 13.5" and the width 11.5". From the 1880's and in very good condition.

This marvelous piece of ancient pottery is an offering vessel, sometimes referred to as a "spirit jar", from roughly the Five Dynasties period (907-960 AD) of Classic Imperial China. These intriguing vessels first appeared to Western collectors around the turn of the century and were quite a delightful find. Six pearl handled luncheon knives with sterling silver ferules. The ferules are decorated with a classic scrolling vine motif. The French-style blades are unusually long in relation to the pearl handles--a proportion that gives this set a particularly elegant appeal. The blades are marked with a "12" designating the highest quality of 19th century American silverplate. Pearl handled knives are more frequently found in the larger dinner size.

A beautifully made antique drinking glass with a round funnel bowl. A merise separates the bowl from the stem which features a multi-spiral opaque twist and shoulder and medial knops. Lead metal, conical foot with rough, snapped pontil

The height of the glass is 6 5/8", with a bowl diameter of 2 1/4" and a foot diameter of 2 5/8". Fine condition with no chips, cracks, scratches, hazing, etc.

This porcelain vase was produced in Germany by the Richard Klemm Dresden Studio around 1900. It is 8 7/8 inches tall and 3 inches across the handles. The ground color is iridescent aquamarine. The front of the vase has a reserve of young girl from the 19th century. The portrait is framed with shiny gold. The remainder of the vase has ornate raised gold swags, ribbons and trophy objects. There are two little handles at the top. It is an elegant piece with wonderful detail...

Rare Chrysanthemum sterling silver water pitcher. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York. Double-gourd with irregular fluting; helmet mouth with leaves wrapped around reeded rim. Shoulder has applied leaf and flowerhead border with radiating squiggles incised on body. High-looping handle with layered and sprawling leaf mount. Same beneath handle. Four volute-scroll supports with leaf and flowerhead mounts.

A Pair of Doulton Lambeth Candlesticks. The base is incised with the Doulton Lambeth Silicon mark. They are Clay colored with Applied Decoration in Cream and Light Blue. The height is 6.25" and they date from c. 1895. They are in excellent condition.
