This is a fine example of the San Patrice, Hope Variety, early Archaic or transitional Paleo point dating to around 8000BC. It was found in Jasper County, Texas. It is made from translucent fossilized palmwood. It is fluted on both sides. It is 1/1/2" long and the base is ground. The edges are serrated. This incredible delicate Columbia Plateau gem point is made from highly translucent agate. No bends, curves or stacks. Beautiful edge work. Super thin. Found at The Dalles. It is a huge 2 3/4". A true G10. I've never seen one better. Ex Dean Mesnard. A once in a lifetime find. Tony Putty COA.

Exquisite Pre-Columbian stirrup vessel depicting Two Jaguars, an adult and cub, 500 BC–500 AD, 8" H x 10.5 ; Vicus, Peru. This piece appears in "Pre-Columbian Art" by Alan Lapiner, in color on page 186. Its broad grin is reminiscent of the characters in Maurice Sendak's book "Where the Wild Things Are." It has been reassembled from approximately 5 pieces, with the cracks filled in.

A choice and very charming collection of 6 bronze spatels or spoons with animal finials, baboon, monkey, rat, pelican, dog and bird. Late Moche or Chimú, 800-1200 AD.

Pin-shaped bronze coca spoons (also called lime spoon), was used to measure lime powder in order to enhance the hallucinogenic properties of other drugs.

They are costum mounted to a large plexi block and it seems to be a nice way to display them.

Each figure has attenuated legs, string-cut grooves delineating the arms and neck, and bulbous heads with minimalist visages. Made from diorite. Size of tallest section 3" H, includes custom stand.

This is a pre-Columbian ceramic head, Preclassic, C-200BC-200AD. It is from Guatemala. It is hollow blackware. The head has a beard and open penetrating eyes and top-knot. It is 2 5/8" long. It is Ex. Leutze collection.

This is the finest miniature Olmec jade maskette that I have ever seen. The beard is a particularly noteworthy feature. Many bearded figures are known from the Olmec culture and are seen on a variety of media. It measures only 1 1/2" long. It is mildly scooped in the back. Found in a dig in Veracruz, Mexico in 1966. It is made from one of the most beautiful pieces of jade that I have seen. It is extremely translucent. It is thin and lightweight. Look at how evenly the jade is distributed...

Large bright sampler, Latin American, likely Mexico or Guatemala, in wool yarn over loosely woven white backing, dated 1890, alphabets, numbers, multiple images, very densely embroidered. This incredible authentic Olmec true water blue translucent jadeite spoon, used to ingest hallucinogenic substances, is in the effigy of a jaguar tooth with an engraving showing the gum line. It has two holes drilled for suspension. The tooth is just shy of 2 1/2" and 1/2" wide. The material has specific gravity tested to be true jadeite. The blue color is evenly dispersed throughout the piece, extremely fine grained and it is the highest quality imperial blue jadeite I have ever seen...

This glacial kame green banded slate gorget is 4" long. It was found near New Castle in Henry County, Indiana. It came out of the Chris Thompson collection. I purchased it from Gary Mumaw. Pictured in Prehistoric Antiquities, August 1995, page 44. This piece dates to late Archaic C2500BC. It is a beauty with fine concentric banding.

This extremely rare incised Eagle effigy Aztec pipe was found by the famous Dr. Allen Hefin in western Mexico on 5/25/63. This piece is flawless in every way except for a tiny nick on the bottom of the stem. The patina is wonderful. It is 7" long and the bowl is 1" wide. This pipe is classified as a Michoacán procedentes and only a handful are known to exist. Three Aztec pipes were sold at Sotheby's auction on March 23rd, 2015 for $12,176. None were near as nice as this one...

A large and heavy carving in emerald of an Eagle Fetish, Native American, probably Zuni, Navaho tribe and 20th. century.

The carving is cut and polished in one emerald stone and depicts the head of a Native tribes leader, carved on both sides of the stone. The stone is transperant light blue-green and very beautiful.
