A vintage sterling silver modernist pendant and necklace by Hans Sten and Karl Laine from Sten and Laine in Finland. Pendant reminds us of an abstract spiderweb. Pendant measures 3 1/8" long to the top of the bale and 2 1/8" at the widest. Chain is attached at the bale and closes with a spring clasp that holds tightly. Chain measures about 17" around. Marked on the bale with the hallmark for Sten and Laine, 925H for sterling, Town mark for Turku and T7 for 1972. Very nice condition...

Huge copy of one of the most famous brass and copper cuffs bracelets by modernist ART SMITH, probably c.1980's. Unsigned, it measures 5" by 9 3/4" outside circumference and 2 1/2" diameter at openings. Crudely made, it does not have the fine craftsmanship of Art Smith. The soldering at the back of the brass wire has solder showing connecting the wires. Otherwise, it's in excellent condition. Brutalist bracelet made up by five large cast, sawed and oxidized sterling silver links. From Finnfeelings, the firm of Sten & Laine, Turku, Finland. Marked From 925S. Measures about a size 7. In nice condition with some minor scratches and nicks to the edges of the back of the shank. Not very noticeable when worn. It may need a bit of cleaning but we will leave that to the new owner. Looks like it may have been resized by a previous owner. The ball sits 1/2" off the finger.

A vintage modernist 830 silver pendant by the noted silversmith from Norway, A. K. Pettersen whose work is signed with a stylized AKP.

Made of 830 silver, which was widely used as a silver standard in Scandinavian countries, this pendant measures 1 1/2" across and 3 3/4" long including the fringe. Has what appears to be the original 23" chain. The pendant has four dangles for lots of movement.

Thick sterling, substantial feel...

Large and heavy cocktail ring in silver plate, with a large rose quartz cabochon. The top of the ring stands .75" above the thick shank. Maked "J Hull." Currently a size 8, but fully adjustable. In good condition with wear and loss to the silver plating. The rose quartz stone has natural inclusions.

These mid-century earrings are composed of rectangular and concave gilded sterling silver plaques enameled in a deep blue with a linear design under the glaze. The blue shows much brighter than in the images and more of a contrast with the two raised ridges of gilded sterling that decorate the center. They are secured by screw backs in good working order, and are signed Balle 925 for Øystein Balle of Norway. They measure 1 inch long by 3/4 inch wide. Weight: 10.1 grams

This sterling silver ring features a ‘taco’-like folded design with a zigzag band inside sitting on its edge. The inside of the folded piece has been deeply oxidized with a translucent finish. The ring exhibits various kinds of tool marks. The ring is possibly Norwegian, with a mark of 925S inside the band; there are also maker’s initials of JPC, possibly for Danish silversmith Jens Peter Clausen of Copenhagen (1973-1981). This popular Georg Jensen design features a deeply recessed, oxidized groove around the entire band that is embedded with tiny silver beads. The inside of the band bears the Jensen post-1945 mark, country and sterling marks, and design number of 60 B. The ring is sized at approximately an 8 1/4. Weight: 3.3 grams
