A sterling silver modernist pendant necklace in a cubes design by Danish silversmith, Niels Erik (NE) From. Pendant is made up of 4 cubes connected to a thick wire with a sterling 'pearl' at the top. Of an organic design, with a concave disc bearing a group of applied spore-like elements. The finish exhibits a volcanic iridescence. The band is of graduated width, and is well-marked for Helsinki, Finland, sterling silver and the date symbol for 1971 in an impressed rectangle. A second rectangular mark reads E. Granit Co. Design Jewellery. The top measures 1 inch by 7/8 inch. The ring is sized at about a 5 ¼. Weight: 9.5 grams

A Mid Century Modern pendant in sterling silver by Kultaseppa Salovaara, Ky of Turku Finland with eight light blue faceted bezel set stones. The pendant has a curved bale which is part of the design for an interesting effect.

Spectacular platinum dinner ring with prong set 23.78 ct brilliant cut oval blue natural topaz dinner ring with a split shank. The topaz measures 20 x 15 x 11 mm and is surround by 40 prong set brilliant cut diamonds with an approximate total weight of 1.68 ct. The ring's focal design is 29 mm long and 25 mm wide. This popular Georg Jensen design features a deeply recessed, oxidized groove around the entire band that is embedded with tiny silver beads. Bracelet has a band that tapers to the front and hooks behind a ruffled flower with an attached sphere. Measures approximately 7" around and 1/2" at the widest. The front design measures 1 3/8" across. Three dimensional.

This fine 3-piece set consists of cuff links and a tie bar / clasp. They are sterling silver. Each abacus has beads that actually move - are mechanical. They are 3 dimensional. The cuff links measure, 3/4" x 1/2" x 1/8". The tie bar is just under 2" long. Each piece is marked SILVER STERLING MADE IN HONG KONG. The set is circa 1970 and in excellent condition.

This continuous chain is beautifully made, composed of tiny rectangles that are attached in perpendicular links. It has a substantial feel and has a seamless, snake-like movement. It works with a pendant or as a classic look by itself, doubled or tripled. Doubled, the chain measures 29 ¼ inches long. It is unmarked, and has a soft patina like old silver; it is probably silver plated, and dates from the 1960s or 1970s.

This pin has heft and presence, with a compelling design by Uni David-Andersen for the David-Andersen workshop. It resembles lattice work in its construction, but the irregular lengths of the ribs give it a primitive feel. The pin has a secure roll-over clasp and measures 2 inches long by 5/8 inches wide. Weight: 9 grams

Here is a hand-constructed cuff bracelet made of multiple wires that are joined at the terminals and kept in place by horizontal rings. The wires look to be silverplated; the rings and soldered terminals are white metal. The cuff has a good heft (56 grams) and an impressive look. It is also well balanced, so doesn't turn on the wrist. It measures a little over 1 inch wide and 5/8 inch high with an inner circumference of about 7 ¼ inches.

A large 1" in diameter porcelain cabochon. Abstract patterns in brown and gray, and gold overlay is the focus of this interesting Norwegian ring. Cabochon is bezel set in sleek sterling mount that has an adjustable back- which is currently a size 6.5. It is marked "925S, Norway, Sterling," and with an anchor shaped hallmark. By Porsgrund, circa 970s. The designer attributed to this piece is Anne Marie Odegaard. In excellent vintage condition.

A modernist sterling silver ring #A77 A by Georg Jensen, designed by Ole IshØj. Measures about 6.5. Marked Georg Jensen in a dotted oval, 925 S Denmark and style #A77 A. Also has London import marks, GJLd and the mark for London. The date mark is so small we couldn't make it out. In very nice condition with minor nicks and scratches. Can be worn facing up or down. Great modernist design.

This roughly-made pewter pendant has a hammered-look surface and the look of an ancient Nordic medallion. It has its original chain, which is secured with a spring-ring clasp. The pendant bears the mark of Norwegian workshop Troll-Tinn, of Åndalsnes, and has its original chain. The pendant measures 5 ½ inches long, including the bale, and 2 3/8 inches wide; clasped, the entire necklace measures just under 14 ¾ inches long.

This interesting openwork bronze pin is formed as a stylized horse and is based on ancient Nordic design. It has a lacquered finish to preserve the surface color of the bronze. The back has a secure curled C-clasped and the mark of Finnish maker Koravala Koru. The name of Suomussalmi, a region in Finland, is inscribed on the back as well. The pin measures 2 inches long by about 1 ¾ inches high at the ear.

Huge copy of one of the most famous brass and copper cuffs bracelets by modernist ART SMITH, probably c.1980's. Unsigned, it measures 5" by 9 3/4" outside circumference and 2 1/2" diameter at openings. Crudely made, it does not have the fine craftsmanship of Art Smith. The soldering at the back of the brass wire has solder showing connecting the wires. Otherwise, it's in excellent condition. The ART SMITH cuff appears in "Messengers of Modernism" p.92.......$14 for insured USA shipping.

This sterling silver ring features a ‘taco’-like folded design with a zigzag band inside sitting on its edge. The inside of the folded piece has been deeply oxidized with a translucent finish. The ring exhibits various kinds of tool marks. The ring is possibly Norwegian, with a mark of 925S inside the band; there are also maker’s initials of JPC, possibly for Danish silversmith Jens Peter Clausen of Copenhagen (1973-1981).
