Hand made in the early 1930's this large 2 1/4" X 2 1/4" Spratling design weighs 47 grams. The buckle will fit up to a 1 1/4" wide strap. A rare modernist sterling silver bracelet by the noted jewelry teacher and designer, Adda Husted-Andersen. Husted-Andersen taught in NYC at the Craft Student's League and her work was exhibited as part of the 1946 landmark exhibition, "Modern Jewelry Design" at the Museum of Modern Art. This bracelet is made from flattened and curved pieces of sterling silver intertwined with three brownish green oval cabochons. Measures about 6" around with an opening of about 1"...

Unusual sterling and amber pin by N.E. From, Denmark, c.1950's. Good modernist design with a bezeled round amber stone, this dimensional organic pin is signed "STERLING DENMARK N.E.FROM 925S". It measures 2 1/2" long by 1 1/16" wide and the amber is 7/16" in diameter. Excellent condition. Rare -have not seen this design before.....$8 for insured USA shipping plus applicable NY sales tax.

This ring is inlaid with Azur-malachite stone. It is a size 8. The stone inlay is very colorful and stands out nicely in its 1/4" sterling silver band. It is marked TAXCO MEXICO 925 (slightly rubbed out) in a circle with LMH in the center. It also has the assay mark with 3 inside and is in excellent condition.

A man's 10k carnelian modernist ring from the 1980s. This size 12-1/4 ring has great style and it's a large size. It features a 5/8 x 5/8" setting, triangular zig-zag cutouts on the shoulders and it is stamped 10K. It weighs an impressive 7.8 grams and it is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a fine surface scratches to the stone (just visible in our first picture)...

A handsome and heavy pair of vintage 18K yellow gold cufflinks fashioned as a length of rope tied in a nautical knot at either end. This style was popularized by Hermès in the Art Deco period and remains a timeless design. Stamped with French 18K marks.

A finely constructed bracelet and matching clip earrings by A & K, Denmark. Streamlined mid century modern curves. Marked Sterling, A&K on the back of each piece. Bracelet measures 7 1/4" long and almost 5/8" across. Has a snap in clasp that holds securely. Earrings measure 1" long and 5/8" at the widest. Clips hold tightly. Valentin Vidaurreta signed pieces are extremely elusive and highly coveted. This bracelet is collector quality. It's a book piece design, shown with obsidian stones on p. 113 of "Mexican Silver", and p. 152 of "William Spratling and the Mexican Silver Renaissance". Vidaurreta was extremely talented. He was an artist, illustrator, horticulturist, amateur architect, and silver designer...

These beautifully constructed cuff links have a diameter of 1". They are sterling silver and have a lovely patina (unpolished). They are concave disks with a "fancy" letter "K" in the center. This cool as a cucumber brooch is layered in greens. The center contains a cluster of aurora borealis faceted stones, the top layer has pale green navettes, while the bottom layer is encrusted with rich emerald green brilliant cut style rhinestones. All of them are securely set in backed multi-pronged holders.
