A small tight little contemporary acrylic or oil on canvas painting for that small wall, 7 7/8" by 7 7/8", unframed, with reverse dedication "For Shell Sam and Mina", and signed there on stretcher by artist Warren Boothby. Condition is excellent. Found in the Pacific Northwest; the style resembles that of the influential, famed artist associated with that area, Mark Tobey.

A circa 1920's etching of the Woolworth Building in New York City, the print signed in the plate and then pencil signed at lower right margin by American artist F.W.W. HOPPE. The artist did leave behind a number of etchings of New York scenes, but there seems to be a lack of biographical information on him or her. The print is in brown ink on a thin paper. Measurements inside the present mat (no glass) are 9 1/2" by 5 1/4" (14 1/4" by 9 1/2" in thin strip frame)...

A fine color etching, "Park Avenue", circa 1929, by the noted Austro-Hungarian etcher, painter, and printmaker Luigi Kasimir (1881-1962). The scarce vintage print is in apparent excellent condition (not examined out of frame). Measurements are 17 3/4" by 11 1/4" inside the mat, 26" by 19" framed. When I first saw this piece, it screamed to me "Picasso". The 11 1/2" by 7 1/2" work is not signed, but the style, the slight glaze on the baked clay surface, the decoration, is suggestive of the ceramic Madoura works of Picasso. The item weighs just shy of three pounds. Condition is excellent.
