French Silver And Crystal Decanter Mid-Century 11x8 inch A beautiful fluted design in the Baccarat style

A rare and exceptionally large and imposing 1930s Bourne Denby stoneware vase with styalised art deco cloud decoration. This item is in very good condition with no damages and no restoration. 36cm(14.2 inches)high and 23.5cm(9.3 inches)across at the widest point.

Duncan and Miller Sandwich 5 oz. Sherbet. 6 are available, all in mint condition. The Sandwich pattern was made from 1924 to 1955.

Line 700 was produced by Consolidated Glass Company in 1929. Offered here is the #710 8 inch salad plate in blue ceramic. The color is a light blue wash applied over crystal and then fired on to fuse it permanently to the surface of the glass. crystal. Large and impressive French Art Deco vase by Robert Lallemant (1902-1954), circa 1928-1930. Almost black iridescent glaze. Fully signed: "T.R.Lallemant" and inscribed "France". 14 3/4" tall. In excellent condition. Robert Lallemant was an important French ceramicist of the period, as well as a furniture designer (he created furniture for the UAM--Union des Artistes Modernes) and all around designer and photographer.

This is an Art Deco English sterling silver globe-shape ashtray with cigarette rest, fully hallmarked for London 1928. This 3-1/4" tall smoking accessory has a square-shape base, and it has the hallmarks for the Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Company, the famous London makers of precious metal items. An elegant second standard (800/1000 pure silver) French tastevin. Rather than the typical "perles" and fluted "godrons", the bowl of this tastevin is decorated with repousse grape leaves and berries in the 18th century style. This porcelain figurine was produced in Germany by Hutschenreuther in the 1950s. It is signed by the renowned artist, Karl Tutter. The base is 6 1/2 inches long and the piece is 5 1/2 inches high. The porcelain is well modeled and quite fragile. A naked baby is reaching out to touch a spotted faun. The faun is done in natural colors. Condition: Excellent

Additional photos of this fabulous Accordion book of 12 paintings by Kimura Seiun enclosed in a wooden box titled Atami Dan Ko-gasatsu and dated early Spring of Showa 4 (1929). The introductory page is written by Zen priest Hashimoto Dokuzan of Tenryuji Temple in Kyoto. The paintings are each signed with various names used by Kimura, mostly Seiun or Ren.
